Meet Dr. Timothy Woodall
The first thing that you will find about Dr. Woodall is that he believes in treating every patient as he himself would want to be treated. That may be one of the many reasons why his peers in the South Carolina Academy of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery named him their Dermatologist of the Year in 2014. His childhood love of science initially drew him to medicine, but it was the depth and breadth of the dermatology field led him to specialize in treating disorders of the skin.

Making a difference for community and patients
Timothy Woodall, M.D. takes an active role in the community, from serving as Chairman of the Union County Healthcare Foundation to volunteering at skin cancer screenings. He was honored with the 2012 Members Making a Difference Award by the American Academy of Dermatology, a fact that won’t come as a surprise to patients cared for by Dr. Woodall.
Dr. Woodall has lectured at the national meeting of the American Academy of Dermatology. He has authored scientific journal articles, textbook chapters, and has served as a clinical investigator. He also served on the Teaching Faculty for Carolinas Medical Center/Atrium Healthcare. In addition to general and surgical dermatology, Dr. Woodall performs BOTOX® and, Juvéderm™ procedures, chemical peels, and sclerotherapy. He offers vascular laser surgery for rosacea, facial veins, leg veins, scars, hemangiomas and port wine stains, in addition to laser techniques to treat sun damage, brown spots, wrinkles and hair removal. In his spare time, this father of two loves to travel and expose his children to different cultures.
