Acne
Usually seen in teens and young adults, acne vulgaris (normal acne) is often caused by hormonal fluctuations which result in inflammation, redness and pore blockages presenting as whiteheads or blackheads. Rosacea
With rosacea, a patient may have one symptom or a combination of symptoms, which can include a persistently red nose and cheeks, bursts of redness on the nose and cheeks, tiny thread veins called telangiectasias, facial skin swelling, itching, burning, bumps that look like acne but come and go, and persistent yellowish bumps.
