Signature Massage – a Swedish Massage that relieves stress, brings total relaxation, improves circulation and also relieves muscle tension. This form of massage is for the purpose of establishing and maintaining good health. It is performed with friction and pressure, using gliding, and kneading strokes.

Hot Stone Massage – Experience a luxurious and relaxing massage combined with deep heat therapy. Smooth, polished Basalt Lava Stones are heated and incorporated into the massage.  This is the perfect treatment to loosen tight muscles, relieve stress, and ease tension.

Deep Tissue-This form of massage not only addresses superficial muscles and fascial restrictions, but focuses on underlying muscle tissue as well. Deep tissue massage offers therapeutic relaxation

Aromatherapy-Feeling tired, anxious or just overwhelmed? Aromatherapy is a choreographed Swedish massage where blends of essential oils are used for mood enhancement.

Neuromusclar-Neuromusclar Therapy (NMT) is designed to aid injury recovery and relieve chronic pain by restoring the body to its natural state. Each treatment is based on postural distortions, biomechanical dysfunctions, and pain patterns of the individual

Reflexology – This treatment utilizes pressure points on your feet to work other areas of the body. We start with a foot scrub and hot towels.  It can be used as a treatment all by itself or added on to any of our other massages.
